EUROPE · REMOTE · SINCE 2014

Software, web and AI
for companies across Europe.

From Vienna, across Europe. We deliver software, web and AI projects for companies across the entire EU — remote-first, with EU hosting, English- or German-speaking project management and response times within the same working day. 15+ years of practice.

WHY EU-WIDE

A studio in Vienna, one time zone, one legal framework.

Working EU-wide in practice runs under the same rules we build under in DACH — GDPR, reverse charge, EU contract law. The six points below are the differentiation versus classic national agencies and offshore teams.

Remote delivery proven

We have been working distributed with teams in multiple EU countries for years. Project management, code reviews, sprint reviews and handovers run remotely just as cleanly as on site — with the same deliverables and the same SLA.

Time zone CET — one hour max

From Dublin to Helsinki the time difference is at most two hours. Meetings, code reviews and support happen within the same working day. On business days we respond within 24 hours.

EU hosting, GDPR-compliant architecture

Hetzner Frankfurt and Fly.io Frankfurt as default — no US data flows. Data processing agreements with all sub-processors, Consent Mode v2 cleanly wired. We deliver the technical implementation; your lawyer or DPO handles the legally binding assessment.

Project language German or English

Internal documentation, meetings, tickets and code comments in either German or English — whichever your team works in. Switching is fine, even mid-project.

Contracts under EU law

Master agreements default to Austrian law (EU member state) with Vienna as place of jurisdiction. For you: EU VAT reverse charge on B2B invoices, clear warranty rules under EU standard, no third-country risk.

On-site meetings on demand

Kickoffs, discovery workshops or critical review meetings on site — Vienna, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Milan, Barcelona, Dublin, Budapest. Travel costs are passed through transparently 1:1.

TYPICAL CLIENTS

Who we work with across Europe.

Across industries and maturity levels — the common thread is usually a technically demanding project, an ambitious timeline and the wish for a team that stays on from discovery through go-live. Often this means web development, e-commerce consulting or AI consulting.

  • B2B software and SaaS
  • E-commerce and D2C brands
  • Manufacturers with direct sales
  • Agencies with dev overflow
  • Startups with seed or Series A funding
  • Mid-market with legacy stack

FREQUENTLY ASKED

What EU clients most often ask first.

Do you only work in DACH or truly across Europe?+
Truly across Europe. Our HQ is in Vienna and most of our clients come from Austria, Germany and Switzerland — but over the past years we have delivered projects for clients in Hungary, Finland, the Netherlands, Italy and further EU countries. Remote delivery, CET time zone and English as project language make this seamless.
Which languages is the collaboration in?+
German or English — you pick, we adapt. Internal documentation, code comments, meetings and tickets are kept consistently in the chosen language. Switching mid-project is possible if team constellations change.
How does billing work within the EU?+
Standard B2B: invoice from Austria with EU VAT reverse charge. You give us your valid VAT ID, we invoice net without VAT, you account for VAT in your own country. That is the standard path and works in all EU member states — without additional bureaucracy. For non-EU clients (e.g. UK, Switzerland) reverse-charge-like rules apply.
Which law applies to the contract?+
Our default contract runs under Austrian law with Vienna as place of jurisdiction — as an EU member state the EU-wide contract law framework applies, and you benefit from clear warranty rules under EU standard. In individual cases we adapt jurisdiction and applicable law (e.g. to your home country) — we review this during contract talks.
How does GDPR work on EU-wide projects?+
GDPR is harmonized across the EU — an advantage often underestimated in practice. We host exclusively in the EU (Hetzner Frankfurt, Fly.io Frankfurt), have data processing agreements with all sub-processors, and implement Consent Mode v2 cleanly. **Important:** we deliver the technical prerequisites — the legally binding review of privacy policies, DPA texts and third-country transfers is handled by your lawyer or data protection officer.
Will you come on site for meetings?+
Yes, on demand. Kickoffs, discovery workshops and critical review meetings we gladly handle on site — within Europe these are typically one-day trips with direct flight connections. Travel costs (flights, trains, hotels, transfers) are passed through transparently 1:1, no markups.
Which currency is billed?+
We invoice exclusively in Euro — including clients outside the Eurozone (Switzerland, UK, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe). This keeps accounting simple on both sides and avoids FX risk in our quotes. Currency conversion into your local currency is handled by your bank at the spot rate.
What does a typical kickoff with an EU client look like?+
Initial call remote via video (30 min, free). If there is a fit: 2–6 weeks paid discovery with weekly check-ins and a half-day workshop — remote or on site. Output: fixed-price quote with clear phases and exit gates. The tech lead stays the same person from discovery through post-launch.

Project in Europe? First call costs nothing.
