30–45 minutes by call. You talk — we listen, ask questions, and at the end give you a first read with budget range, possible discovery and the next sensible step.
No pitch deck, no salespeople, no hidden follow-up costs. If we are a fit, we send a scope for web development, Shopify, AI consulting or the right mandate.

What happens after I contact clickpuls?
After your inquiry we usually reply within one business day. We briefly assess goal, scope and possible next steps, then suggest a first call or a clear alternative.
Is the first call free and non-binding?
Yes. The first call is non-binding and helps clarify need, budget range, timing and fit. Afterwards both sides decide whether discovery or a concrete offer makes sense.
What should I include in the contact form?
Helpful details are goal, current website or shop URL, service area, timeline, budget range and existing systems such as Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Laravel, ERP, CRM or tracking tools.
Does clickpuls only work in Vienna or across the DACH region?
clickpuls is based in Vienna and works with clients in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Many projects run remotely; workshops and discovery sessions can also happen onsite when useful.
