Digital agency
in Linz
Linz is Austria’s industrial capital and third-largest city. For businesses around the voestalpine ecosystem, the Tabakfabrik creative scene, and Upper Austrian mid-market we build custom software, B2B shops and AI-driven processes.

Local context
Digital agency for Linz — between industrial heritage and startup present
Linz is Austria’s most interesting city outside Vienna. With around 207,000 inhabitants, it combines heavy industry (voestalpine, Borealis), a creative economy around the Tabakfabrik, one of Europe’s best-equipped media-tech clusters (Ars Electronica, FH Hagenberg), and a mid-market with a pragmatic digitalisation track record. That mix is where our projects become visible.
In Upper Austria we run B2B shops for industrial suppliers, WooCommerce projects with ERP integration, custom software for mid-sized process automation, and — increasingly — AI prototypes for traditional manufacturing businesses. The questions that come from Linz are sharper than elsewhere: "Does a relaunch pay back across five years?" rather than "Can you build something pretty fast?"
Our Linz client base leans B2B. That means: long sales cycles, conservative platform decisions (WooCommerce over Shopify in many cases), heavy focus on ERP integration and export invoicing with correct VAT ID checks. We build these systems so that your sales team doesn’t spend the first month after launch fighting wrong VAT rates and delivery addresses.
Upper Austria has strong manufacturing roots — exactly where AI prototypes help. We have already built Claude-based agents for Linz clients that auto-classify supplier emails, extract offers, and push them into SAP or BMD. These projects start with a discovery workshop (1–2 days, approximately €3,000) and deliver a running prototype within three to four weeks that justifies the business case.
We often connect local projects with web development, Shopify, WooCommerce and AI consulting — depending on stack, team, budget and maintainability.

Why clickpuls
How we work.
Because B2B shops and industrial software can neither tolerate four-week delivery nor over-engineering excess. We speak Upper Austrian mid-market language and know the systems (BMD, SAP Business One, Sage) from first-hand experience.
The basis is always a clear discovery with scope, risks and measurable next steps.

What Linz clients often ask.
Do you work remotely or on-site in Linz?
Both. Our studio is in Vienna's 22nd district; most of our Linz projects run remote with clear rituals — weekly syncs, shared Miro, shared Figma and codebase access. When on-site time helps (kick-off, workshops, executive alignment), we come to you. Travel is transparently billed.
How quickly do you respond to clients from Linz?
24 hours on business days — for first enquiries as well as ongoing projects. For retainer clients with SLA needs we agree on faster response times and defined escalation paths in the contract.
What does a project cost with you?
Scope-dependent. Rough benchmarks: a Shopify launch project starts at around EUR 20,000 net, a WordPress maintenance package from EUR 140 per month, ongoing retainers from 10 hours or EUR 1,700 per month. We quote a fixed price after a free discovery call — only once goals, feature list and exclusions are in writing.
Are you a one-person show or a team?
We are a team: Martin (managing director, formerly Head of Tech at Glow25), Mathias (lead development) and Enrico (video and content) work on projects together — no account manager in between, no working students in delivery. For specialised trades we work with fixed partners in Vienna and Lower Austria.
What happens after launch?
We stay. Roughly 60 percent of our revenue is retainer mandates — updates, monitoring, security, evolution. Minimum retainer is 10 hours per month. Teams that want to leave after launch get clean handover documentation and a list of open items.
