We quote a fixed price after a free discovery call — only once goals, feature list and exclusions are in writing.
Are you a one-person show or a team?
We are a team with clear responsibilities: Martin leads the company and works in web development, AI and e-commerce; Mathias is a partner, senior project manager and responsible for strategy and project leadership; Enrico is the partner for sales and marketing. For specialised work we collaborate with fixed partners.
What happens after launch?
We stay. Roughly 60 percent of our revenue is retainer mandates — updates, monitoring, security, evolution. Minimum retainer is 10 hours per month. Teams that want to leave after launch get clean handover documentation and a list of open items.
