What videos at clickpuls mean.

Videos at clickpuls are not film productions with our own camera team and 20-person crew — we are not a classic film production company. We are the interface between your brand, the strategic video language and the concrete production we implement with curated videographers, directors and small production companies from our DACH network.

Typical production types we steer:

  • Product videos for e-commerce — 360° views, function demos, detail shots, unboxing, size and material references for Shopify and WooCommerce product detail pages
  • Performance ads videos — 6–30-second formats for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Google Ads Video — including A/B variant logic and format derivatives (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, 4:5)
  • Short-form social content — Reels, TikToks, Shorts with or without model, for organic social and creator cooperations
  • Brand and image films — medium formats (60–180 seconds) for homepage, about-us, investor presentations, trade fair appearances
  • Customer testimonials and case-study videos — authentic testimonials, case documentaries, B2B social proof
  • Explainer and how-to videos — for onboarding, product explanation, service use cases; with or without animation
  • Event and reportage videos — launches, trade fairs, company events with live edit or post-production
  • UGC and creator content coordination — briefings, casting and review of user- or creator-produced videos

What we are not: no classic production house with own studio, camera equipment and editing suite; no VFX or 3D animation shop for Hollywood-like productions; no TV spot producers for prime-time campaigns. For very elaborate productions (cinema-like brand films with big crew build-up, highly complex CGI and 3D animation, TV spot production with directorial distinction) we refer to specialised partners from our network.

Why our video productions deliver in digital reality.

Four traits that distinguish concept-driven video steering with performance connection from pure film booking.

01

Video concept from ads and funnel perspective

We concept video productions not only creatively but with a view to performance mechanics: which 3-second hook works in Meta and TikTok, when must the brand name drop, which CTA logic belongs at the end, which format derivatives (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, 4:5) are derived from one shoot. This structures the shoot day and prevents ending up with stylish motion content that doesn't work in ad formats.

02

Curated videographer network

We choose the fitting profile per project by style, format strength (long-form vs. short-form, story vs. performance, branded vs. UGC-like), pace and budget — from a DACH-wide network of freelance videographers, directors and small production companies. A brand image film gets a different director than a Meta performance campaign with 40 creative variants.

03

Modularly conceived — one shoot, many outputs

A typical shoot day delivers not one video but a set of modules: 60-second main video plus 30s, 15s and 6s cutdowns, plus 9:16 and 1:1 derivatives for social, plus detail clips for ads, plus silent versions for autoplay contexts, plus still frames for landing pages. We plan this module logic before shooting starts so that the shoot day delivers maximum content output.

04

Integration into shop, ad accounts and player

Finished videos do not end as an MP4 package — they land as product video in Shopify/WooCommerce, as ads asset in Meta, TikTok and Google Ads accounts, as YouTube or Vimeo hosting with SEO metadata, as embed in landing pages. Because we maintain shops, tracking setups and ad accounts ourselves, we integrate videos with matching tracking logic, player embedding and ads-ready format.

What we concretely steer — typical video productions.

Product videos for e-commerce

Product detail pages without video lose double-digit conversion in many categories against variants with product video. We steer product video productions that work in the shop — compact, expressive, without music backing that gets overrun by autoplay-muted contexts.

Typical product video formats:

  • 360° view — 6–15 seconds, cleanly lit rotation against neutral background; for fashion, furniture, tech, jewellery
  • Function demo — 15–30 seconds, product in use; for products that need explanation (kitchen appliances, tools, electronics, smart home)
  • Detail and material clip — 6–10 seconds, macro shots of surfaces, seams, mechanisms; supplements main image and description
  • Unboxing video — 30–60 seconds, realistic unpacking with detail focus; for brands whose packaging is part of the brand experience
  • Size and wear context — 10–30 seconds, product on body or in usage context; for fashion, sports articles, accessories
  • Comparison video — model A vs. model B vs. model C for category listings; helps search intent "which model fits"

Workflow:

  • Storyboard and shot list per product, with formats for shop player and vertical crops for social
  • Vendor matching from our network (videographer with product experience, often combined with parallel packshot photographer to leverage synergy)
  • Shoot day with product logistics — often in connection with photo shoot to save transport costs and setup
  • Post-production — colour grading, stabilisation, cutdowns, format export (MP4 and WebM, various bitrate variants)
  • Shop integration — upload into Shopify/WooCommerce, thumbnail selection, autoplay configuration, mobile optimisation

Volume logic: 10–50 products per production wave common; for large ranges we stagger across multiple shoot days or months.

Performance ads videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads

Performance ads videos follow a different logic than brand films: hook in the first 3 seconds, product clarity before aesthetics, variant logic for A/B testing, correct platform formats. We concept and steer productions that do not only look pretty but deliver in CPM and CPA metrics.

Typical ads video families:

  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — 9:16 for Reels and Stories, 1:1 and 4:5 for feed, mostly 6–30 seconds; strong hook logic, quick cut frequency
  • TikTok — 9:16 primarily, 15–60 seconds, stylistically often UGC-like or creator-driven; native feeling more important than production polish
  • YouTube Shorts — 9:16, 15–60 seconds, own algorithm logic, often with hook text as thumbnail replacement
  • YouTube TrueView and bumper — 16:9, 6 seconds (bumper), 15–30 seconds (TrueView), with clear CTA end
  • Google Ads Video — format variations for Demand Gen, YouTube Select, connected-TV placements
  • LinkedIn video ads (B2B) — 1:1 or 16:9, 30–90 seconds, rather calm and content-focused

How we build variant logic:

  • Hook variants — same core video with 4–8 different hook openings, for A/B testing which opener performs
  • CTA variants — different closing address to test conversion mechanics
  • Product vs. problem framing — "here is product X" vs. "you know problem Y" as opening logic
  • UGC style vs. branded style — often parallel variants are built to see which style performs in the audience
  • Format derivatives from one shoot — 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9 per platform

What we concretely deliver in production:

  • Creative brief with clear performance goals per variant
  • Shot list in hook-middle-outro logic instead of linear narrative
  • Casting brief with creator or model profile fitting platform and audience
  • Post-production with cutdowns — from one shoot 15–40 variants emerge across all format and hook combinations
  • Ads account upload in Meta, TikTok, Google Ads with fitting tracking setup
  • Performance evaluation after 4–14 days runtime — which variants perform, which are scaled

Format: single performance productions as fixed price, ongoing monthly creative production as a retainer from € 1,700/month net.

Brand and image films for website, investors, trade fair

Brand films are the one category where production polish, storytelling craft and brand narrative come together. We steer brand film productions for homepage, about-us, investor presentations, trade fair appearances and sales decks — medium formats (60–180 seconds), with directorial signature from our network.

Typical triggers:

  • Positioning relaunch — when the new brand strategy needs a visible brand document
  • Investor and advisory presentation — a 90–120-second video that compactly tells business model, team and traction
  • Trade fair and event appearance — loop-capable brand films without sound running on trade fair booths
  • Homepage hero video — subtle background video (mostly without sound) with brand atmosphere
  • Sales deck embed — 60-second film that prepares the pitch in sales meetings
  • Career and recruiting film — for career pages, LinkedIn campaigns, employee acquisition

What we concretely steer in brand films:

  • Director selection — from a pool of freelance directors with different style signatures (documentary, cinematic, editorial, UGC-close)
  • Script and storyboard coordination — often in collaboration with copywriters and directors
  • Production team coordination — DoP, sound assistance, props, make-up; we organise the team via our network
  • Casting — actors, authentic people, employees — depending on brand ambition
  • Location scouting — indoor studios, outdoor locations, company locations
  • Post-production — edit, colour correction, sound mixing, possibly voice-over and music licensing
  • Distribution — YouTube and Vimeo hosting, website embed, subtitle variants for DACH language versions, accessible variants (captions, audio description)

What we do not deliver:

  • Cinema-quality productions with six-figure budgets, 50+ crew productions and film festival ambitions — for that we work with specialised production companies; we write the brief and lead strategic oversight
  • TV spot production for prime-time broadcast with GEMA music, celebrity cast and TV format specs — that is the field of TV specialists

Format: brand film productions as fixed price after initial conversation; budget range typically mid to upper five-digit range for 60–180-second films.

Short-form social, Reels, TikToks — creator content and UGC

Short-form video has become the dominant content form in Meta, TikTok and YouTube Shorts — and has its own production logic that neither classic brand films nor performance ads cover. We steer productions that work in feed environments: native, fast, often with creator signature instead of studio polish.

Typical short-form formats:

  • Hook Reels — 15–30 seconds, one clear idea, strong opener, product or brand reference latest by second 10
  • Edu content — "3 things you don't know about X" — knowledge and list formats that perform strongly in organic reach
  • Before/after — transformation formats for beauty, home, fashion, service categories
  • Day-in-the-life / behind-the-scenes — authentic insights for brand trust and team proximity
  • Product demo in creator style — not advertising-slick, but creator-style tried out
  • Trend participation — brand-fitting participation in ongoing TikTok or Reels trends

Who produces what:

  • Small creator teams from our network — for regular output with own signature
  • UGC creators from creator platforms or direct outreach — for scalable quantities of ads creatives in UGC style
  • Videographers with short-form specialisation — for somewhat more polished formats that still feel native
  • Client's employees as creators — with training and brief for authenticity

How volume works:

  • Single shoots — 10–30 clips from a half day; good for compact organic or ads campaigns
  • Retainer models — monthly creator shoots with 20–60 clips per month; for brands with continuous social or ads needs
  • Creator network campaigns — 5–20 creators produce in parallel; for high variant variety in short time

What we steer in short-form:

  • Creator casting — profile search, brief, contract and rights coordination
  • Content brief per clip — hook, core idea, CTA logic, product placement; with freedom for creator signature
  • Review and approval — interim upload workflow, quick iteration
  • Roll-out coordination — Meta, TikTok, YouTube, with correct format and metadata setups

What we do not deliver:

  • Influencer management with 50+ creator cooperations in parallel — for that we refer to specialised influencer marketing agencies; we can coordinate selectively but do not build a dedicated creator relations department
  • Viral guarantees — we can structure, optimise and test; reach in short-form is algorithm lottery

Explainer, how-to, testimonial and event videos

Not all videos go directly into ads or branding. A large part of video production is needed for operational, product and sales purposes.

Explainer and how-to videos:

  • Product onboarding — 2–5-minute videos that show new customers the entry into the product; for SaaS, e-commerce, B2B services
  • Service explainer videos — "this is how our X works" for landing pages, support centres, sales presentations
  • Animated explainers — with motion design when real footage wouldn't be fitting (e.g. software UX, abstract processes)
  • Tutorial series — multi-part how-to programmes for YouTube or customer portal

Customer testimonials and case-study videos:

  • Interview format — 2–5-minute videos with customers describing their experience with product or service
  • Case doc — narratively built case studies with context, challenge, solution, result
  • B2B social proof — for sales cycles, investor presentations, specialist articles
  • Short testimonials — 30–60-second clips for website listings, landing pages, ads

Event and reportage videos:

  • Trade fair production — day accompaniment with interviews, event impressions, product showcases; for social, PR, internal distribution
  • Product launch event — live-stream production and recap video for later reuse
  • Company events — anniversaries, conferences, internal kick-off events; for HR branding, recruiting
  • Reportages — insight into production, warehouse, offices; for brand proximity and PR

Workflow:

  • Format concept — which video format fits the use purpose, which length, which narrative logic
  • Vendor matching — videographer with fitting style experience
  • Shoot day with clear structure — for interviews with question catalogue and setup in advance
  • Post-production — edit, possibly motion design, voice-over, subtitling
  • Distribution — YouTube, website embed, customer portal, internal share — depending on purpose

Typical formats: fixed price per production; for recurring explainer or testimonial needs as a retainer.

Post-production, motion design, music licence and roll-out

Production does not end with shoot day — post-production is often 50–70% of total effort and decides whether the shoot produces a usable result.

Post-production stages we steer:

  • Edit — Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut; depending on partner preference
  • Colour grading — style-consistent colour processing; for brand films with reference images from brand strategy
  • Sound mixing — dialogue clean-up, music embedding, sound design for atmosphere
  • Motion design — titles, lower thirds, animated graphics, simple After Effects animations
  • 3D and VFX — only in simple cases (product explosion animations, simple compositions); complex VFX via specialised partners
  • Voice-over — voice artist selection, recording, mixing; mostly via VO agencies or freelance voice talent
  • Subtitling — for accessibility, social media autoplay contexts, language variants (DE, EN, subtitles in further languages)

Music and sound effects:

  • Stock music licensing — Epidemic Sound, Artlist, AudioJungle for standard use
  • Individual composition — for brand films with own sound identity; via music partners from our network
  • GEMA compliance — for public broadcast and corporate use; we check and document rights situations
  • Sound effects — Freesound, ProSound Effects, proprietary libraries

Roll-out logic:

  • Video hosting — YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, Shopify-native player depending on use case
  • Format export matrix — from one master MP4 (various bitrates), WebM, MOV, GIF (for email), still frames for thumbnails emerge
  • Aspect ratio derivatives — 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 2:3 depending on target place
  • Shop embeddingShopify and WooCommerce with correct autoplay-muted logic and performance optimisation
  • Ads account upload — Meta, TikTok, Google Ads with matching tracking pixels and event logic
  • Accessibility — subtitles (SDH), possibly audio description

Archiving and rights proof:

  • DAM upload or structured storage in cloud storage
  • Rights documentation — model releases, location releases, music licences, creator agreements
  • Runtime monitoring — for time-limited rights (creator campaigns, model buy-outs) warning system before expiration
WHEN DO YOU NEED THIS?

When video productions with us have the lever.

Six typical constellations where DACH brands engage video-production steering with us.

01 / TRIGGER

Meta and TikTok creative offensive

A brand increases performance budget and needs 30–60 creative variants for Meta and TikTok within 4 weeks — in different hook, CTA and format combinations. We concept the creative framework, brief UGC creators and videographers in parallel and upload finished variants directly into ad accounts with matching tracking logic.

02 / TRIGGER

Product-video build-up for shop relaunch

A shop relaunch should start with high-quality product videos on the PDP — 360° views, function demos, detail clips for 100–300 products. We concept shot list, coordinate shoot days (often combined with packshot photography for efficiency), handle post-production and integrate videos directly into Shopify or WooCommerce.

03 / TRIGGER

Brand film for positioning relaunch

After strategic repositioning, a 90–120-second brand film should make the new brand narrative visible — for homepage, investor presentation, trade fair appearance and YouTube brand channel. We steer director selection, script, casting, location, shoot and post-production via specialists from our network.

04 / TRIGGER

Ongoing short-form content retainer

A D2C brand needs 20–40 fresh Reels and TikToks monthly for organic and ads. We organise a creator retainer with fixed UGC creators, monthly shoot cycles, brief iteration and roll-out coordination — fixed price from € 1,700/month net plus creator fees.

05 / TRIGGER

Customer testimonial campaign for B2B sales

A B2B software provider wants to produce within 3 months a series of 8–12 customer testimonial videos (3–5 minutes) as sales material and for LinkedIn ads. We coordinate shoot appointments with customers, brief the interview format, steer shoot teams at various locations and deliver finished videos including short cutdowns for social.

06 / TRIGGER

Event accompaniment with live and recap video

A brand hosts a launch event or trade fair appearance and needs live social content (postable same event day) plus recap video for later reuse. We steer a video team on-site, deliver quick rough cut for social and produce the final recap video afterwards.

OUR PROCESS

How a video production runs with us.

Four phases from initial conversation to roll-out. For ongoing collaboration phases 2–4 repeat per production in the video retainer.

01

Initial conversation and video concept

In a 45–60-minute meeting (video or on-site in Vienna) we clarify trigger, production type (product, ads, short-form, brand, explainer), format and platform goals, volume, existing imagery, usage channels and budget frame. Afterwards you receive a video concept with storyboard sketch, vendor recommendation, timeline and fixed-price offer.

02

Preparation and vendor brief

We finalise storyboard, shot list and production brief; select videographer or director, DoP, possibly casting, location, stylist; organise product logistics and shoot-day planning. Before the shoot you receive the final storyboard, vendor brief and shoot-day plan for approval.

03

Shoot day and on-set review

For brand films and strategically important productions we are on-site with creative direction or remotely via live upload. For product videos and ads productions the shoot runs largely independently; we review interim uploads and coordinate quick corrections. 24-h response on business days during production phase as default.

04

Post-production and roll-out

After shoot end, edit, colour grading, sound mixing, motion design and format export run in defined post-production pipeline. Final videos are integrated into shop, ad accounts, YouTube/Vimeo, landing pages — with matching tracking, thumbnail maintenance and format derivatives per target location. For ongoing productions it then goes into the next production cycle in the video retainer.

DACH CONTEXT

Video production in the DACH area — how we work from Vienna.

We steer video productions for brands from Austria, Germany and Switzerland — with a curated videographer and production network in all major DACH cities. Shoot locations we choose by brand and format requirement: Vienna productions for AT brands with local reference; Munich or Stuttgart teams for southern German mid-market; Hamburg and Berlin for urban lifestyle and creator productions; Zurich or Basel for CH clients.

Language and culture variants for DACH markets are default: German productions with AT, DE or CH language variants, English productions for international workforce or EU rollout. Subtitles per target language included. GEMA compliance for music usage with public broadcast is checked per production; CH has its own regulations via SUISA that we comply with for Swiss productions.

For video productions outside DACH (EU, UK) we work on demand with partner teams in London, Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, Milan; overseas markets (USA, APAC) are not our core — we transparently refer to specialised international networks then.

GDPR-compliant handling of model, creator and location releases is default. For creator cooperations we emphasise clean disclosure notices (advertising identification) according to Austrian and German media law as well as Swiss fair competition law.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Common questions about video production.

Do you have in-house videographers or your own studio?

No — we steer productions via a curated network of freelance videographers, directors and small production companies plus a UGC creator pool. This lets us choose the fitting profile per project instead of having to utilise one videographer monthly.

How the network works:

  • 15–30 regularly booked profiles across format range (product video, short-form social, performance ads, brand film, explainer) and regions (Vienna, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Zurich)
  • Extended UGC creator pool of 40–80 profiles for scalable short-form ads and social productions
  • Small production companies as partners for larger brand films with DoP, director signature and full crew
  • Specialised profiles for motion design, voice-over, music composition

What that means for you:

  • Fit — a brand film gets a different director than a UGC ads production
  • Format expertise — short-form creators understand TikTok logic differently than classic filmmakers
  • Flexibility — during large production waves we can work in parallel with multiple teams
  • No style binding — your brand doesn't get the clickpuls house style but a style fitting brand and platform logic
  • Transparent fees — partners are booked at their usual rates; with direct billing you see exactly what production costs

If a brand wants its own in-house video team — because production volume is very high or daily creator formats run — we openly recommend building a dedicated in-house setup (with own creator person or small internal team) and support on concept, equipment selection and process build-up.

What does a video production at clickpuls cost?

Fixed prices per production after initial conversation; ongoing production steering as a video retainer from € 1,700/month net.

How the price is composed:

  • Concept and steering share from clickpuls — storyboard, shot list, vendor selection, brief, shoot accompaniment, quality review, roll-out. Set according to engagement scope and transparently shown in the offer
  • Production costs with partners — videographer/director fee, DoP, camera equipment, studio rental, assistant, casting, model, location. Depends on production type, duration, crew size
  • Post-production costs — edit, colour grading, sound, motion design, voice-over. For ads productions calculated per variant, for brand films flat-rate
  • Music and sound effect licences — stock libraries (Epidemic Sound, Artlist) in standard, individual composition on request; GEMA/SUISA compliance checked separately
  • Usage rights — usually included in standard package (DACH, online, unlimited); for creator campaigns with time limits, for brand films with worldwide rights

Typical order-of-magnitudes (as orientation, not as offer):

  • Product video package (20–50 products, combined with packshot shoot) — mid four-digit for concept + steering; production costs separately
  • Performance ads shoot day with 10–20 clip variants — mid to upper four-digit for concept + steering; creator/production costs additionally
  • Short-form creator shoot with 20–30 clips — mid four-digit to lower five-digit range total, depending on creator profile
  • Brand film 60–90 seconds — mid to upper five-digit total budget for direction, shoot, cast, post-production
  • Explainer with motion design 2–3 minutes — upper four-digit to mid five-digit total budget

Event and reportage productions — typically day rates for video teams plus post-production; fixed price after initial conversation.

What is included in the concept fixed price: storyboard and shot list, vendor selection and brief, shoot accompaniment, interim reviews, post-production quality control, final delivery in all required formats, shop and ads integration. 24-h response on business days during production phase.

After the initial conversation you receive a binding offer with a clearly itemised production scope — no surprise invoices, no hidden surcharges.

How long does a video production take?

Between 3 and 16 weeks, depending on production type and complexity.

Typical runtimes:

  • Product videos (20–50 products, combined with packshot shoot) — 4–6 weeks
  • Performance ads shoot with 15–30 clip variants — 4–6 weeks, post-production possibly longer for extensive cutdowns
  • Short-form creator shoot — 3–5 weeks, faster with ongoing retainer cycles
  • Brand film 60–90 seconds — 8–12 weeks from concept to roll-out
  • Explainer with motion design — 6–10 weeks, depending on animation depth
  • Customer testimonial series 8–12 interviews — 8–16 weeks because appointment coordination with customers determines the path
  • Event productions — depending on event lead time; recap video 2–4 weeks after event

What extends duration:

  • Casting — professional model or creator casting costs 1–3 weeks additionally
  • Location scouting — elaborate shoot locations (industrial locations, public places, international shoots) need prior inspections and permits
  • Motion design and VFX — animation cycles take 1–4 weeks per sequence
  • Multi-language productions — when the same production runs in DE, EN, FR or additional languages
  • High variant count — 30–60 ads variants need more post-production than 5–10

What shortens duration:

  • Existing storyboard or shot list framework from previous productions
  • Clear message and CTA definition before shoot
  • Creator/model casting on existing profiles from retainer experience
  • Standard post-production without complex motion design requirements

Express productions: under time pressure (e.g. launch shifts, trade fair date brought forward) we can deliver in 1–3 weeks if vendor is available and scope is manageable — with corresponding express surcharge.

How are usage rights and music licences regulated?

Every production has a written contract with clearly regulated usage rights and music licences — we never deliver videos without rights clarity.

Usage rights for video content:

  • Standard productions without persons (product videos, motion design explainers) — unlimited duration, worldwide, all online and offline channels; usually included in standard package
  • Productions with models/creators — time-limited (1–2 years typical), geographically per requirement, exclusivity clauses on request
  • Brand films with comprehensive roll-out — often worldwide rights, all media incl. OOH/TV — with corresponding budget logic
  • Creator campaigns — usually limited to 6–12 months with renewal option

Model, creator and location releases:

  • Written consent to shoot, publication and defined use purpose
  • Minors — additional consent declarations from guardians; for children deliberate handling of shoot times and shoot location rules
  • Public places — for commercial use often shoot permits from authorities needed (streets, public buildings, public transport)
  • Company locations — owner or management consent; for shoots in third-party companies NDA requirements

Music licences:

  • Stock music libraries (Epidemic Sound, Artlist, AudioJungle) — usually cover online use and social media
  • GEMA-liable works — for public broadcast (website is often GEMA-relevant in Germany), trade fair use, event sound, TV broadcast; licences cost extra and are documented separately
  • SUISA in Switzerland — Swiss equivalent to GEMA; own tariff and licence logic
  • Individual composition — own music without GEMA binding possible; usually more elaborate in budget, but no licensing limits
  • Cover versions and famous songs — usually not available because rights holders do not license or are in six-figure range

Advertising identification for creator content:

  • Austrian and German media law require clear identification ("advertising", "ad", "paid partnership") for paid creator cooperations
  • Swiss fair competition law with own, often stricter requirements
  • Platform guidelines from Meta, TikTok, YouTube additionally considered
  • We brief creators with binding identification requirements and review publications spot-wise

Licence expiration monitoring:

  • We maintain licence overviews and notify 2–3 months before expiration
  • Decision to renew or withdraw from use lies with you
  • With direct partner relationship traceable independent of our steering

Do you also do motion design, animation and VFX?

Motion design (titles, lower thirds, simple animations) is standard — complex 2D/3D animations and VFX run via specialised partners from our network.

What we cover in standard:

  • Titles and lower thirds — for interviews, brand films, explainers
  • Simple After Effects animations — animated logos, icon animations, text reveals, transitions
  • Infographics — animated charts, statistics, process visualisations for explainers
  • Transition sequences between scenes
  • Kinetic typography for social posts and ads
  • Simple compositing tasks — background swap, simple object integration

More complex motion design projects via partner network:

  • 2D character animation for elaborate explainers — via specialised motion design studios
  • 3D product visualisation — CAD-based product depictions, product explosion animations; via 3D specialists
  • Architecture visualisation — for real estate, interior, constructions
  • Branded motion systems — when a brand needs a consistent motion language across many applications

What we do not offer:

  • Hollywood-level VFX with elaborate simulation workflows (fluid simulations, large-scale particle systems, photorealistic character animation) — that is the field of specialised VFX houses
  • Game engine pipelines (Unreal, Unity) for real-time rendering productions
  • Motion capture shoots — need dedicated studios with capture volumes

How collaboration with motion design partners works:

  • We write the brief from storyboard and production concept
  • We select the partner by style, capacity and budget
  • We steer the project with interim reviews and brand consistency check
  • Billing directly with partner or via us as general contractor — depending on preference

Can you handle ongoing monthly video productions?

Yes — for brands with regular video needs we organise ongoing production steering as a video retainer from € 1,700/month net.

Typical retainer scenarios:

  • Monthly Meta/TikTok creative production — 15–40 ads variants per month for performance campaigns
  • Short-form content retainer — 20–60 Reels/TikToks per month from creator shoots
  • Product video supply — monthly product video shoots for new range extensions
  • Customer testimonial programme — quarterly 2–4 new testimonials for sales and marketing
  • Event and reportage accompaniment — regular events with fixed video coverage

What the video retainer typically covers:

  • Monthly production cycles with fixed creator or videographer partners for style consistency
  • Ongoing shot list and brief maintenance — we update shot lists with new products, seasonalities, performance learnings
  • Production logistics — product collection, transport, creator coordination as routines
  • Post-production standards — consistent style across months, batch processing efficiency
  • Roll-out integration — continuous updating in shop, ad accounts, YouTube, social
  • Performance evaluation — which variants perform, which hooks scale, which creator signature works
  • 24-h response on business days during entire contract term

What the retainer flexibly covers:

  • Volume fluctuations — months with large campaign or launch have more output, quieter months are used for post-production follow-up and analysis
  • Style evolution — video language evolves over months with the brand
  • Partner rotation — we can swap creators and videographers when needs change or performance drops

What runs outside the retainer:

  • Special productions like brand films, large events, launch campaigns — as separate fixed-price project additional to retainer
  • Production costs with partners — creator fees, videographer day rates, studio rentals are transparently invoiced, usually directly between partner and client

Minimum term: we recommend 6 months so that style and production cadence settle in; shorter terms possible but we point out the limitations.

How do you integrate videos into Shopify, ad accounts and landing pages?

Shop, ads and landing integration is one of the core advantages of our model — finished videos do not end as MP4 package but land ready-to-run at deployment locations.

Shopify/WooCommerce integration:

  • Product video upload into product gallery with correct order (hero photo first, video as second element)
  • Autoplay-muted configuration for PDP galleries — videos run without sound and without prompting
  • Thumbnail selection — expressive still frame as preview image
  • Mobile optimisation — responsive embedding, performance check on Core Web Vitals
  • Hosting decisionShopify-native, YouTube embed or Vimeo embed depending on performance and branding requirement
  • SEO metadata — alt text, schema markup for video rich snippets in Google results

Meta ads integration (Facebook, Instagram):

  • Ads manager upload — in business asset library with correct naming and tagging
  • Format derivatives — 9:16 for Reels/Stories, 1:1 and 4:5 for feed, each in fitting file sizes
  • Tracking pixel and events — Meta Pixel plus Conversion API, correct event assignment
  • Creative tests — we set up A/B tests and document variant logic
  • Advantage+ creative setup — when sensible, activate automated creative optimisation

TikTok ads integration:

  • TikTok ads manager upload with native 9:16 format
  • Spark Ads setup — when creator content should be boosted as Spark Ad (not only as upload)
  • TikTok pixel and events — tracking setup with fitting event matching
  • Creator code coordination for paid partner videos

Google Ads and YouTube:

  • YouTube upload with SEO metadata (title, description, tags, thumbnail, chapter markers)
  • Google Ads video campaigns — TrueView, bumper, Demand Gen with correct targeting and format setups
  • Shopping ads integration — product videos in shopping listings when merchant centre is configured accordingly

Landing pages and website embeds:

  • Lazy loading — videos load only when visible; performance protection
  • Multiple bitrate variants for different connections
  • Subtitle embedding (SDH) for accessibility
  • Thumbnail and play-button design matching brand look

What runs outside standard integration:

  • Custom player development with interactive elements (hotspots, call-to-actions within the video) — as separate development project
  • DRM-protected player setups for premium content — specialised hosting partners (e.g. Kaltura) needed
  • Live streaming setups for regular events — own streaming setup required, usually separate infrastructure decision

Do you work with influencers and larger creator campaigns?

We work selectively with UGC creators and micro-influencers for video content — for extensive influencer management with 50+ parallel cooperations we refer to specialised influencer agencies.

What we cover:

  • UGC creator productions — creators who produce content primarily for ads use without own reach commitment; often from UGC platforms like Billo, Insense or direct outreach
  • Micro-influencer cooperations — creators with 5k–100k followers for individual campaigns with clear content brief and posting plan
  • Brand creator partnerships — long-term relationships with 2–5 creators who become brand faces and regularly deliver content
  • Employee advocacy programmes — when employees are built up as creators, with training and brief

How typical campaigns run:

  • Creator brief — brand story, content formats, posting calendar, CTA logic, identification requirements
  • Creator search and matching — from our network, via creator platforms or direct outreach
  • Contract and rights coordination — content licence, exclusivity, fee, identification obligations
  • Production accompaniment — shot list, review rounds, correction feedback
  • Posting coordination — timing, hashtags, CTA references, tagging of the brand
  • Performance evaluation — reach, engagement, conversion, cost-per-result

What we do not deliver:

  • Influencer agency model with fixed creator relations team managing 200+ creators simultaneously
  • Celebrity cooperations with known personalities — managements run via specialised talent agencies
  • Talent exclusive contracts — long-term exclusive binding of creators to a brand is not our business model
  • Influencer event formats — press trips, creator day events, influencer conferences with 20+ participants

When an extensive influencer programme is needed:

  • We can deliver the strategic concept (creator tiers, content framework, metrics)
  • Operational scaling with 50+ creator relationships runs better at specialised influencer agencies — we transparently mediate to partners from our network
  • Often a hybrid works: strategic concept and content standards from us, creator operations scaling at specialised partner
