Product videos for e-commerce

Typical product video formats:
- 360° view — 6–15 seconds, cleanly lit rotation against neutral background; for fashion, furniture, tech, jewellery
- Function demo — 15–30 seconds, product in use; for products that need explanation (kitchen appliances, tools, electronics, smart home)
- Detail and material clip — 6–10 seconds, macro shots of surfaces, seams, mechanisms; supplements main image and description
- Unboxing video — 30–60 seconds, realistic unpacking with detail focus; for brands whose packaging is part of the brand experience
- Size and wear context — 10–30 seconds, product on body or in usage context; for fashion, sports articles, accessories
- Comparison video — model A vs. model B vs. model C for category listings; helps search intent "which model fits"
Workflow:
- Storyboard and shot list per product, with formats for shop player and vertical crops for social
- Vendor matching from our network (videographer with product experience, often combined with parallel packshot photographer to leverage synergy)
- Shoot day with product logistics — often in connection with photo shoot to save transport costs and setup
- Post-production — colour grading, stabilisation, cutdowns, format export (MP4 and WebM, various bitrate variants)
- Shop integration — upload into Shopify/WooCommerce, thumbnail selection, autoplay configuration, mobile optimisation
