The city concentrates banks (UBS, ZKB, Julius Bär), insurance (Zurich Insurance, Swiss Re), one of the world’s leading technical universities (ETH) and a fast-growing tech sector (Google Zurich with over 5,000 employees, many local software companies).

Our Zurich clients are typically B2B mid-market players, D2C brands with a Swiss brand core, or startups with early product needs. We deliver: Shopify setups with TWINT and PostFinance integration, CHF multi-currency logic, multilingual sites (German, French, Italian, English) and B2B portals with complex pricing.

A specific: Switzerland’s revDSG (revised data protection act, in force since 01.09.2023) has requirements that largely overlap with EU-GDPR but deviate in details. We audit Zurich shops’ privacy policies, cookie banners and analytics setup for revDSG compliance — including a note on the DSB officer obligation where it applies.

For Zurich clients we offer CHF billing through our Swiss partner structure. Hosting preferably on Hetzner Helsinki or Fly.io Frankfurt — both privacy-uncritical for Swiss clients. On explicit Swiss-hosting requirements we collaborate with Infomaniak (Geneva).

In-person presence in Zurich: 1–2 visits per year for kick-offs, strategy or go-lives. We often combine trips with Vorarlberg or Bavaria to make travel efficient.
