fynoAI website — marketing site with Puck page builder, newsletter and CRM on Laravel 13
The marketing site for our business platform fynoAI — and, at the same time, a full lead operating system. Laravel 13 as the backend, Filament v4 + Filament Shield as the admin, Puck (`@puckeditor/core`) as the visual page builder. Supabase (managed Postgres, eu-central-1) as the database — deliberately only Postgres, no Supabase auth/storage/realtime. Newsletter stack (subscribers · campaigns · feedback) via Resend, CRM in the backend (beta requests · appointments · notes · status pipeline), magic login for collaborators, first-party analytics with crawler detection, multilingual via Spatie Translatable, GDPR-compliant GA4 pipeline. Hosted on Fly.io in the EU.
Glow25 – Scaling WooCommerce to 5,000+ Orders per Day
Head-of-Tech stint at Glow25 (07/2023 – 12/2024): led a 16-person tech team, scaled WooCommerce to 5,000+ orders per day, reduced the database from 350 GB to 60 GB, built a multi-server setup, introduced automated archiving and maintenance — plus prepared the replatforming from WooCommerce to Shopify for DE, FR and NL.
IKEA Family Advent Calendar – Key Visual, Print & Online Application
End-to-end Christmas campaign for IKEA Austria & Switzerland: key visual, print, in-store materials, and animated banners – plus a cross-border online application. More than 200,000 advent calendars were sent to IKEA Family members.
Mercedes-Benz Wiesenthal – A-Class Sales Promotion Campaign
Social media performance campaign for the launch of the new Mercedes A-Class: +633% test drives and +800% link clicks in the first campaign month – focused on conversions, not just reach.
Woborsky Interiors – Norbert Wangen FOREVER Launch
Product launch of the FOREVER kitchen collection by award-winning German designer Norbert Wangen in the Vienna showrooms of Woborsky Interiors – including the opening event at Vienna Design Week and PR work that led to an online feature in the renowned Wallpaper Magazine.
Austrian Soccer League – Referee Quiz for Better Understanding in Football
Online video quiz that measurably improved the reputation of Bundesliga referees: 60,000 participants across three editions, 29,200 registered – awarded the National PR Prize in the Digital Communication category.
Block55 – Viral Reward Campaign for a Book Launch
Viral reward campaign with a dedicated website around the launch of the book „Block55" – sharing on social networks earned points redeemable for a signed copy. Result: a tenfold increase in book sales within a few weeks.

Headless Next.js storefront with Shopify as the order engine in the background. Multi-locale for 11 countries, subscription commerce, and fully automated order processing through to the shipping label.
Menarini Pharma – Corporate Website & SEO for Pharma Group
Large-volume, custom corporate website for the Austrian subsidiary of Italy’s largest pharma group – with strict corporate compliance, top SEO rankings within weeks of launch, and an integrated unsolicited application function for patients, doctors, and applicants.
Cellectric Biosciences – Website & SEO for a BioTech Startup
Fully responsive WordPress website with animated visuals for a Vienna-based BioTech startup – including real-time content updates and an SEO foundation for international visibility toward investors, funding bodies, and lead customers.

Our own agency website — Next.js 16, Tailwind CSS v4, TypeScript, bilingual on de-AT and en-AT, deployed on Fly.io.
