On workdays we guarantee a response time of 2 to 24 hours – depending on the severity of the issue.

PHP version, MySQL version, memory limits, caching configuration and hosting compatibility.
Structure & Maintainability
Database condition, media library, custom code, .htaccess configuration and backup options.
Note: Should the Pre-Check reveal serious issues, we recommend cleanup before maintenance begins. This is offered separately and is not a prerequisite – but a strong recommendation.
Response Times Compared
A maintenance contract means priority. In an emergency, every hour counts.
On workdays. Prioritized handling, dedicated contact person, direct communication. For total outages we respond as quickly as possible.
Requests without a contract are handled based on availability. Contract clients always have priority – this can lead to significantly longer wait times during peak periods.
